Position: Geological & Geophysical Consultant with Petrophysics (Petra, Kingdom and Petrel)

Location: Houston. TX

Duration: 6+ Months

 

Job Description: 

 

Basic

•         A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education – Preferably in Petroleum Engineering, Geophysics, Geosciences

•         At least6-8 years of experience in overall experience in Petrophysics and Information Technology (combined)

Must-Have

•         At least 3-6 years' experience in one of the following G&G applications – Petra, Kingdom and Petrel

•         Experience of executing at least 1-2 upstream projects

•         Good experience in identifying and documenting G&G Workflow, data quality requirements and business rules

•         Good experience in documenting the workflow mapping

Preferred

•         Have the experience of being part of an upgrade of one of these applications

•         Excellent understanding and experience on  Upstream Data models

•         Knowledge of Master data management solutions, Data quality tools. Data integration tools
