Position: BRM Consultant

Location: San Ramon, CA

Duration: 4 months

 

Job description:

• Clear Case, GitHub, Mercurial, TFS, PHP, Python Jenkins, Java Build & Release Management
• Mastery of source control tools such as Clear Case, GitHub, Mercurial, TFS, PHP, Python Jenkins, Java Build expertise.
• Mastery Database deployment tools.
  Experience in Java Release management tool Jenkins and Artifacts repository Artifactory.
• 3+ years' experience with build tools such as Jenkins, Fabric or Capistrano, MS Build, Jetbrain GitHub.
• Extensive knowledge of Linux environments: bash, shell scripting, Apache, Varnish
• Extensive experience in Java and deploying Java applications with Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, ant scripts, maven scripts.
• 3+ years release engineering experience.
• Work with development, QA and project management teams to set release schedules and environments in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
• Help define best practices for source control, continuous integration, automated testing and release management.
• Maintain high quality by participating in code reviews.
• Maintain detailed build and release notes.
• Build tools for internal use to support software engineering best practices.

 

BS degree or higher in CS or equivalent
2+ years working on commercial software
DEV/QA experience, including automated test development.

 

Should have good communication skills and has to proactively work with the business and take the problem to a logical conclusion.
