Job Title:  Java MQ Developer

Key to filling this: Java Coding, extensive MQ migration experience, ISAM experience

Interview Method: Phone/Skype

·         Expecting a technical leader with 15 years of experience.  Should be comfortable with the design and coding of large scale web based JAVA coded applications and the integration of these applications with the IBM Tivoli Access Manager, ISAM, LDAP, Websphere and MQSeries.  Should be comfortable with the design and coding of large scale web based  JAVA coded applications and the integration of these applications with the IBM Tivoli Access Manager, ISAM, LDAP, Websphere and MQSeries. 

·         The candidate should have recent Websphere migration experience, preferable a multi-version migration. Websphere 8.5 experience a major plus.

·         Ability to partner with the current team of Technical Leaders, to complement their knowledge of the business applications that must interface with the above systems.  Must possess the ability to articulate ideas clearly in both verbal and written formats to various levels within the organization.  Working with the current business application savvy Tech Leads, this person will help to identify application side dependencies for Java8/Java EE version changes and third party libraries/APIs to fix the application code. This person may be required to do a certain amount of Java coding to expedite the effort. Possess the ability to share technical knowledge with the current team of Technical Leads.
