Ability to communicate clearly and easily with all levels of management, all areas of IT, and business users |
Demonstrated knowledge of process analysis and implementation |
Strong analytical and conceptual skills |
Demonstrated experience using MS Word, Visio, Excel, and Powerpoint to create documentation |
Experience creating operations and support plans |
Experience with training and creating training materials |
Demonstrated experience with SOA as an architecture, approach, process and methodology |
Understanding of the challenges of new technology adoption and ability to develop techniques that make adoption easier |
Ability to understand an organizations current software development practices and extend, enhance or replace as necessary to fit the governance process |
Ability to lead the development of governance activities and artifacts across multiple disciplines such as BPM, BRM, SOA, Content Management, Data Management, Identity Management, Mobility and more |
Ability to understand the realities on the ground and tweak governance processes to ease adoption |
