Required Skills:
3+ years of business process reengineering experience or similar work |
Strong business analyst experience is a MUST. This includes a demonstrated full range of business analyst activities (requirements elicitation, analysis, testing, documentation, etc.) |
Experience working on large-scale projects, with strong references |
Understanding of the Workday project methodology is a strong plus |
Experience with testing, including end-to-end system testing is a plus |
Experience with higher education is a plus |
Demonstrated competency in documenting solutions for both technical and functional audiences |
Experience with testing, including definition and execution of test plans and scenarios |
An educational background with a Bachelor's degree or higher (or 5+ years in a Business Analyst role) |
