Required Skills:

Lead .NET Development experience leading teams for mission critical applications

Microsoft .NET Application Development (VB.NET)

Microsoft SQL Server 2008 database development

Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) development

Business Objects Crystal Reports 2008 development

Business Analysis (gathering and documenting requirements, etc.)

Strong oral and written communications skills

Full SDLC development experience

Experience designing all layers of a software solution, including web applications, web services, OO components, database objects and end-user reports

Perform SQL Server TSQL database development.

QA experience

Experience developing Internet and intranet web applications

Experience developing application assets using VB.NET, ASP.NET, HTML, XML, C# and related technologies

Experience diagnosing problems, analyzing, troubleshooting and chossing appropriate solution to fix application component and data-related issues.
