Required Skills:
Proven experience in the following: ASP.NET(C#), .NET 4.0 or greater is preferred |
Experience developing web applications using MVC3 or greater. |
Strong understanding of SQL and relational database technologies such as MS SQL Server, including database design, T-SQL, and stored procedures, etc |
Proficiency using Visual Studio 2012/2013 and a Source Control Solution like Team Foundation Server and/or git |
Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting Windows/IIS platform experience is required |
Strong exposure to object oriented design and development is required |
Experience with any of the following is a plus: o Experience using .NET technologies, such as: WCF, Entity Framework and LINQ o Community based .NET frameworks like nLog, log4net, nunit, etc o Experience in the development and support of SharePoint solutions, web parts, web services, and work flows o BizTalk and/or InRule |
Self-motivated and self-driven is a must with the ability to work with limited supervision |
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal |
Able to lead and motivate others to accomplish a common goal |
Experience working directly with clients is a plus |
Consult with clients and help produce and define business requirement for new applications |
Create milestones and project time line estimates |
Design, code and test new Windows and web software applications. Must be able to develop an application from conception through the entire Development Life cycle. |
Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects |
