Our Client seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager that will ensure all development, testing and production environments for DX program are configured and established.

 

Job Description:

 

Responsibilities:

·         Work with the various DX vendors, partners and hosting providers to ensure there is connectivity, data refreshes occur, promotion paths are defined.

·         Create and maintain project plans that include tasks to build and test the environment build outs, smoke testing of the environments (all, Test, Staging, PE, UAT Plan Test, Production), test preparation (test preparation is only for shakeout related to scope of responsibilities) and test data.

·         Coordinate the collection of post-implementation metrics from various partners in support of post-implementation verification.

·         Work with DX vendors/partners to ensure the environments are dynamic, yet stable, conducting tuning, data loads/refresh, etc.

·         Work with the DX vendors/partners on coordinating code promotions, coordinating initial shakeout, smoke testing, validate connectivity, basic functionality and data loads/ refresh. Some of these activities may occur on a monthly frequency.

 

EXPERIENCE:

·         5+ years of Healthcare/payer experience with 10 - 15 overall experience.

·         Senior Technical Manager with hands on applications integration experience.

·         Prior Blue experience, 2 years minimum - should be within past 5 years.

·         Experience with SOA, Web development experience, 3rd party vendors.

·         Solid PM training, prefer PMP certification; excellent comm/people skills.
