My client is in need of a Hyperion Architect:
Job Description:
The person filling the data role should have experience with integrating data into a Hyperion environment from multiple sources as they should have the end to end vision of how the logical data design will translate into the B&F solution. They will need to be able to address issues of both data migration(validation, mapping, supporting end user reconciliation) and integration (Automated data loads, then same as migration) , and will need to be able to help define the Hyperion data governance strategy.
Additional Information:
Data Architect: Ideally they would understand relational databases (either SQL or Oracle) in order to help read data tables to understand what data is available and how it would be mapped into the Hyperion data model. If they don't have this experience, they should at least be able to define how relational sources would be mapped into an Essbase cube. They should have used an integration tool like FDM before (ideally FDMEE as well) and should understand the basics of locations, import formats and mapping files. in order to advise the team on the best way forward.
