Job Description:

·         Minimum Qualifications BS degree in engineering and at least 5 years of experience in the area of systems engineering, design, and integration.

·         MS degree preferred.

·         Two or more years of software development experience in object oriented languages such as Java Experience in Business Systems Analysis, Requirements Elaboration and high-level architectural designs Understanding of software development methodologies and structured approaches to system development

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate technical issues and solutions to all levels of the organization

·         Excellent multitasking and time management skills with consistent attention to detail Ability to clearly write technical documents

·         Proficiency in standard MS Office applications Strong analytical and problem solving skills

·         Good leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment

·         Ability to quickly learn and communicate value of new technologies to technical and non-technical audiences

·         Experience object-oriented design and development, Java, J2EE, and middleware/enterprise application architecture/implementation.

·         Experience with SOAP, REST services
