Requirement::
They need to be experienced developing and architecting applications, and working in an agile team environment.
This individual should drive the architecture of our e-commerce ordering applications, applying best practices, and unit testing
Should have some experience with (Objective-C/Cocoa, Java)
Proficiency in Mobile Application Development tools and environments (Xcode, Eclipse)
Experience with iOS frameworks.
Experience with communications with a B/E Server
Looking for someone with eCommerce experience.
A little background on the interviewing process.
1.) I first like to have a 30 minute phone screen interview to see if the candidate has the right skill set and experience, and also give them a chance to see if working at Domino's on our applications meets their expectations.
2.) If the phone screen goes well, I then schedule a 60-90 minute interview with another developer and myself to allow one of our developers to assess the skills and experience of the candidate.
3.) Also, as part of the second 60-90 minute interview, we give the candidate 30-40 minutes to do a coding exercise.
The candidate needs to have a computer with an IDE (Development environment) to do the coding exercise, and we use join-me (screen sharing application) to watch the candidate work on the coding exercise on their computer.
