Location: Albany, NY

Duration: 24 Months

 

Mandatory Requirements

84+ months experience as a Project Manager

- Overseeing projects comprised of multiple deliverables

- Delegating and coordinating of tasks

- Project status, meetings, scope changes, issues

 

Desired Requirements

·         Experience in managing multiple large, complex IT projects.

·         Experience in managing an IT project with a minimum of eight project team members.

·         Experience in developing and maintaining schedules in Microsoft Project.

·         Experience in managing projects using a Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) based project management methodology containing well defined and documented processes, templates, and guidelines for all project phases, the adherence to which is required and managed by a formal Project Management Office.

·         Experience in managing COTS software implementation projects or in-house application development (SDLC) projects.

·         Experience in facilitated elicitation and documentation of business requirements.

·         Experience in managing large scale, complex projects for New York State agencies.

·         Experience in managing projects that involves multiple agencies.

·         College degree (3.75 for Bachelor, 5 for Masters)

·         Certified Project Management Professional
