Job Title	QA Automation Analyst
Responsibilities	QA Automation Consultant for the Playbook Application Enhancements/Project. The automation consultant will design and create test automation scripts for validation of the software being developed. Test Automation Development for Client/Server .Net Application Responsibilities: · Create test automation to support one of our key internal Client/Server .Net/Oracle application, using QTP/UFT and Quality Center · Work closely with development and SMEs in an agile process, with the support of an experienced test automation team and an established framework · Automate test sets using GUI and functional validation, reusable actions, shared object repositories and functions, database verification and data-driven tests · Able to automate interaction with custom objects · Participate in the design improvement of the automation architecture and framework · Good understanding of the role of QA and test automation within the Agile process · Clearly communicate information to both technical and non-technical personnel
Required Skills	Must have 5+ years exp in create and execute scripts, analyze failures, and maintain scripts with minimal maintenance required, with a constant eye on the automation effectiveness and ROI · Minimum 5+ years of solid QA and/or automation expertise (3 years purely QTP automation experience minimum), in a structured automated testing environment · Strong QA industry experience in the following areas: QTP/UFT - VBScript - SQL - Quality Center - Test Framework - Test Plans - Test Cases - Regression Testing -Agile Adequate knowledge of trends, technology advances, new QA and automation products, and best practices/standards in application QA and automation processes Strong analytical and problem solving skills · Strong SQL/Oracle DB experience · Ability to document and communicate clearly Must have excellent Comm. SKills
