Job Title	Teamsite & Open Deploy Support Analyst
Relevant Experience (in Yrs)	7+ Years
Technical/Functional Skills	1.       Windows 2003 and 2008 server knowledge - Understanding Windows servers is critical to production support activities. 2.       Connectivity and protocols (TCPIP, TELNET, IP addresses) – communication between servers maintenance 3.       Server process administration – TeamSite and Open Deploy are loaded as services.  Check that services are running correctly. 4.       Website and server configuration set-up, TeamSite branch configuration, etc. – pointing content to correct deployment paths. 5.       Basic functionality of TeamSite, web content management, content 6.       CMS knowledge (content management systems) 7.       HTML, XML, XSLT knowledge, working knowledge of Perl and Java – Open Deploy pushes HTML files.  Pearl & Java used for scripting. 8.       TeamsSite Templating Open Deploy (application used to move content to servers)  ·         Understanding of databases; ability to research databases and write simple scripts ·         Working knowledge of Perl ·         Working knowledge of java, so able to make changes or updates to existing portlets ·         Proficient in HTML, XHTML and XML ·         Experience with WPS6.1 and WPS 8.1 ·         Basic server knowledge ·         Ability to write command lines and work with inline command tools ·         Extensive experience with metadata and its uses ·         Experience with Content Management Systems ·         Search and analyses capabilities ·         Well versed in how our websites our set up, targeting, content, etc. (basically, knows the layout of the websites that we support in order to assist the business)
