Job Details:
Title         : Exchange Technical support Resources

Duration : 6+ Months

Location : Lisle, IL

 

Microsoft Exchange 2007 administration, configuration and performs day to day operation and management

Manage ISA Server 2003/2007. Handling the firewall rules and publishing applications.

Manage and Support Microsoft Exchange Servers for high availability & Disaster Recovery.

Manage and Support Microsoft Exchange email clients, including all versions of Outlook for Windows and Mac, IMAP4 and POP3 clients (Thunderbird), Mail.app

Strong background in Windows, Active Directory, ISA and Exchange with experience in design, deployment, and support of mid-to-large, complex production environments of Exchange 2007

Proficiency and experience in combinations of the following: Exchange Upgrades; Business Continuity & High Availability; Secure Messaging; Messaging Archiving; Unified Messaging; Mobile Messaging.

Solid background in network fundamentals to include DNS and Advanced Windows Server systems administration.

Experience with Managing and Supporting Exchange ActiveSync over Microsoft ISA Server or another Reverse-Proxy solution.

Backup and recovery experience with Exchange aware Backup software required

Installs and maintains messaging servers - Exchange Servers Roles, BES, SMTP configurations, Encryption and Content filtering servers.

Plans, coordinates and performs maintenance activities on messaging related servers.

Monitors the availability and functionality of messaging environment for optimal performance.

Monitors capacity and performance to identify future system upgrades

Manage Exchange storage, Manage quotas, Move mailboxes, Provision additional storage

Monitor capacity

Manage 3rd party applications and services (email archiving, anti-virus and spam filtering)
