Job Details:
Title : SharePoint Developer
Location : Auburn Hills, MI (Locals)
Duration : 6+ Months
Interview Type: Phone then face to face

List both required and preferred skills and competencies.
· Proficient in the development and/or configuration, test, document and support responsibilities for projects requiring SharePoint 2010 features and functionality.
· Ensure all work adhere to the corporate guidelines and specifications.
· Provide administrative guidance in SharePoint 2010.
· Assess risks and recommend enhancements or alternatives for SP2010 Records Management.
· Communicate comfortably to Management and clients, understand and react to the urgency of their work.

Required skills:
· SharePoint 2010 Engineering
· SharePoint 2010 Architecture
· SharePoint 2010 Governance

Required competencies:
· Problem solving - both working alone and collaboratively with other teams
· Working on multiple concurrent assignments with changing priorities
· Creating technical documentation - both diagrams and detailed procedures
· Action oriented candidate who is able to deliver results
· Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities
· Ability to identify and aggressively manage issues and risks
· Must have good attention to detail
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment
· Adaptable and flexible to changes
