1) Puppet / Ruby Scripting - Ability to script from scratch or templates from other projects using Ruby. They will be creating puppet manifests from scratch or templates from other projects. Using the resource abstraction layer to describe the configurations (users, services, packages)
2) Apache Maven - build automation tool. Ability to build orders, directories, and plug-ins. Follow templates from other projects.
3) Experience with Jenkins - be able to config jobs, setup API's, continuous delivery, etc.
3a) Experience with SVN - Must be able to use the complex functions like automated code merging and create scripts for tracking what is not merged from other branches.
