Location: Saint Charles , MO

Duration: 6+ Months

 

Job Description:

Key skills required for the job are:

• Documentum(Mandatory)
• WordPress(Mandatory)

• Instructional Designer with Hands on Experience of Designing ILT, eLearning Material &ndash Minimum of 10 Yrs Experience in Direct ID roles.
• Must have hands on experience of creating, reviewing training Material for Large ERP projects.
• Should have experience of Conducting Training Needs Analysis, Manage Training Schedule and Coordinate Training development and delivery between onsite and off shore teams.
• Should have managed teams and take ownership of deliverables and Quality.
• Single Point of contact, and Liaison with the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather needed inputs
• Mandatory Experience of working on Training for SAP
• Knowledge of Setting up Training Instances &ndash Desirable
• Should be comfortable working on Project plans
