Position: Business Analyst

Lcoation: Hartford, CT

Duraction: Long term

Candidates with HealthCare Insurance or Pharmacy Benefit Management Background   Should have 8+ years of total experience in IT.  Should have been actively involved in Business Requirements Gathering and Documentation process. Should have led a small team of BAs in projects for a major Health Care organization. Should have a sound understanding of the SDLC phases and have worked in various methodologies.  Should be well aware of current happenings in the Health Care industry. Should have functional SME Knowledge of one or many of the below sub-domains -  Member Enrollment, Plans, Benefits & Products, Claims Processing, Pricing & Adjudication, Provider Networks, ICD10 conversion, 5010 transformation, Affordable Care Act, Health Exchanges. Nice to Have:  Somebody with a technical background would be a better fit for such roles. A cadidate with Developer or Senior Developer in Legacy or Web Based applications in his past jobs is desired
