Position  User Interface Developer 

location: Detroit, MI

Duraction: 6+ Months

Only US Citizen or GC`S

 

*For the UI Developer position the emphasis is on HTML, CSS and JavaScript è Python/PHP/Django/Zend are NOT required but would give the candidate immediate consideration.

 

Skills, Experience, and Characteristics

»             Proven experience building web applications in Python or PHP using frameworks like Django or Zend.

»             Expert level skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript including familiarity with common libraries like jQuery, Foundation, Bootstrap and Backbone.

»             Experience implementing responsive design interfaces targeted for tablets and mobile phones.

»             Experience using browser based web developer tools to analyze and optimize UI performance.

»             Fluency in accessibility, usability, information architecture, and interaction design principles desired.

»             Familiarity with web technology stack (e.g. HTTP, cookies, headers, caching, CDN, and security).

»             Familiarity with unit testing using tools like Nose, Jasmine and QUnit.
