The product that needs most urgent attention is a HIPAA compliant email survey platform.

 

The modules contain

·         HL7 or manual integration to import and normalize patient visit data from Healthcare delivery org

·         A e-mailer software that generates unique survey links per visit (i.e. per patient), and sends survey invite emails in multiple languages (English and Spanish now, but we want to support other languages)

·         Business rules that configure reminder email / text / robo call policy (how and how often to remind patient to take survey)

·         A secure web portal where patients come in to take the survey

·         Dynamic thank you pages that change based on whether the patient is happy (nudge them to social media for reviews) or upset (ask when / how someone can follow up)

·         A dashboard where survey results can be viewed real time, with drill down filters and other reports

·         Alerts to Staff and Doctors when a survey with certain scores (too high or too low) is received back

·         Workflows on marketing / service recovery
