| Mandatory Skills: | |
| - Hands-on implementation project experience using SAP Personas. | |
| - Knowledge on topics such as UI Design Principles & Patterns and Design Thinking. | |
| - Possess good working knowledge on SAP Technical or Functional. | |
| - Sound knowledge of Web Services SOAP (XML). | |
| - Working Knowledge on Personas Scripting. | |
| - Flavor discovery and Personas administration. | |
| - Conversant in guiding key users through topics on Installation, Configuration, Implementation and Testing of SAP Personas. | |
| - Have excellent ability to analyze monitoring of SAP Personas transactions and help troubleshoot any performance issues. | |
| Additional Skills: | |
| o Experience with technical analysis and design, coding, testing, and implementation of customizations within software environment | |
| o Should have previously played Lead Architect or SME role in SAP Projects. | |
| o Must possess excellent soft-skills such as speaking and technical presentation skills, exhibit ability to lead discussions with cross vendor teams, etc. | |
| o Anticipating potential problems and proactively suggesting solutions. | |
| o Exhibit leadership skills – For example:- | |
| i) Respectfully challenge different techniques and solutions and accept new ideas to the team, | |
| ii) Discuss work with stakeholders inside and outside the development teams, | |
| iii) Taking ownership of tasks and completing them with minimal direct supervision and | |
| iv) ability to forge winning teams given the project circumstances and constraints. |
