Required Skills: Job Description:

1. 8+ years of Business Analyst Experience working on Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence

Projects.

2. Having ability to Analyze and document the Business process Flow Analyze and document the Data flow across Applications. 

3. Perform Data Analysis (Excellent  SQL Knowledge), Data Mapping Exercise, Identify Facts and Dimensions. 

4. In-depth understanding of Star Schema and distinction BW Operational and Analytical reporting. 

5. Identify Key Data Sets, Data Quality Issues, Data Transformation requirements. 

6. Ability to judge whether the data processing to be done by Source Systems or DW applications. 

7. Understanding of Manufacturing Domain is a plus. 

8. Build Reporting Mockups and develop simple reports using Tableau, Business Objects. 

9. Engage discussions with Executives on the Biz process, metrics and BI methodology. 

10. 9-10 Years of Business Intelligence Experience. 

11. Excellent written and verbal skills. 

12. Work closely with Data Architects and Development team (offshore) to provide detail requirements.

13. Experience working in an Agile methodology is a must. 

14. Should be able to plan coordinate conduct User Acceptance Tests Agile Methodology. 

15. Strong Business Intelligence knowledge, UAT, Reporting, Strong BI methodology.
