They are currently looking for a Candidate to start asap with following skill set:
1. Excellent Admin and developer skills on SFDC
2. Good communication & Presentation skills
3. Desirable if worked on APTTUS , as they are trying to replicate the solution from Apttus to Salesforce .
4. Most likely interview will be Telephonic.
