Duration              6 Months

Experience :       5 – 6 years.

Note :  Position involves both support and development activities.
•         Proficient in Genesys framework.
•         Excellent knowledge in G+ adapters for Siebel CRM.
•         Knowledge in Genesys T server configuration.
•         Should have worked in Genesys CME.
•         Good knowledge on Genesys routing framework
