Position: Windows  Admin  with IIS and PCI

Duration 12 months

Location Omaha, NE

 

Responsibilities include but not limited to –
1) Vulnerability Management – Research and remediate vulnerabilities mostly related to OS and Middleware, approach various stakeholders like app owners, other teams and remediate or drive remediation. Remediation may include middleware patching or upgrades, OS related patching or any other as suggested by NIST/ CVE.org.
2) PCI Compliance initiatives like Splunk Agent installs, OSSEC File integrity monitoring install, Server hardening checks.
3) Be the Windows POC for queries regarding Windows patching, Zero day vulnerabilities and so on.
4) Participate in SOC Audits, third party audits.

Required Skills –
OS - Windows 2003/2008/2012
Middle ware knowledge – Apache Httpd, IBM Websphere, Apache Tomcat, IIS
Understanding of PCI-DSS compliance, Splunk and OSSEC, Symantec End Point security is a plus.
