Network Support Engineer

Location :  Malvern, PA (F2F is Must)

Duration : 6 months

 

Must be /have:

• Expertise in Cisco-based LAN, WAN, WLAN, IPT, and VPN network infrastructure

• Expertise in Checkpoint firewalls and Load balancers

• Solid working knowledge of TCP/IP

 

Required Skills

• 8+ years network experience
• Experience with Checkpoint R77
• Experience with Checkpoint SSL VPN
• Experience with Checkpoint VPN
• Experience with Cisco router and switch configuration, including spanning tree
• Experience with Cisco routing protocols including EIGRP, BGP, OSPF
• Experience with Cisco Light weight Wireless, WLC, WCS and Autonomous AP's
• Solid working knowledge of TCP/IP
• Network Analyzers - OSI model, packet decodes, common protocols, understand and troubleshoot production problems; familiarity with sniffer and/or utilities
• CCNP, CCIE technical certifications
• Experience with QOS, IP Multicast
• Experience with IPv6
• Experience with network management tools, SNMP, SolarWinds, Statseeker
• IPT related certifications
• Experience with WAN acceleration technologies including Riverbed
• Demonstrated teamwork skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
