Java Webservices Developer

Richmond,VA

6 Months

 

• Looking for a Senior Developers with 4-6 years of Web based development experience
•  
• Web development in an Agile environment, (e.g. MVC frameworks, Ajax Frameworks, Java, Spring, Hibernate, HTTP, XML, TCP/IP, JavaScript, JSP/Servlets).
•  
• Strong Object-oriented Programming (OOP) experience; including, modular design and development (SOA).
•  
• Designing and developing API's and Web Services (RESTful services) is a core function of this team and this position.
•  
• Understanding of databases, (e.g. SQL, ..).
•  
• Expertise implementing, unit testing, debugging and integrating code of moderate complexity.
•  
• Knowledge of SW Engineering Process and Configuration Management tools
•  
• Proficiency with software development project estimation/agreed tolerances, engineering tools, and concepts
•  
• Knowledge of more advanced programming environments and concepts highly desired (e.g., J2EE, multi?threaded programming,).
• Agile experience.
