Job Title: Lead-Contact Center Consultant
Location: Farmington Hills, MI
Duration: 6-12 Months Contract

Profile is required to manage Aspect CCT applications.
Client is ready to consider the profile who don't have Aspect experience, but Contact Center Experience is must.
The role includes expertise in Aspect Call Center Technology solutions.
Must have Good Communication and Coordination skills to deal with different Vendors, Business and other internal Teams.
Should have experience to manage and support contact center voice platform, Call Quality Recording/Monitoring and Outbound Dialer application.
Scope of Services:-
The talent's skill profile will include the following:
Knowledge and Experience in Contact Center software upgrades for
products Mainly with Aspect and other technology like Genesys, Cisco and Avaya.
Extensive Technical and administrative knowledge in Aspect
products Specifically ACD, UIP, AQM and CallMiner
Lead installation/deployment effort with the vendor and document
technical details (HLD, DDD, BRD and PAR documents)
Build and document Test Plan, Test Cases against requirements.
Good presentations skills, to support Client Manager for
preparation of presentation deck.
Excellent communications skills written and verbal
Problem solving techniques
Effectively present technical information clearly and concisely
Documentation – Functional Specifications and Technical References.
