Job Duties:Design and write complex SQL queries and PL/SQL stored procedures and functions
Propose scalable and effective technology solutions around Oracle database 
Optimize and Performance tuning the queries Prepare and 
Unit Test Code in Oracle PL/SQL on Oracle 10g/11g Unix 
environment using tools like TOAD, SQL developer Provide technical assistance and 
drive issue resolution in Oracle environments.
Understand various Query Execution Paths.
Propose scalable and effective technology solutions around Oracle database.
Provide database backup and recovery assistance when needed Assumes ownership of database related problems; 
leading the team to pursue problem resolution and root cause analysis
Propose scalable and effective technology solutions around Oracle database.

Required Skills/Experience:
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
Strong background in data warehouse, data management and data analytics.
Experience in Data modeling, creation and configuration of metadata objects using ODI.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exposure to Reporting tools is desirable and strong plus.
SAP Functional knowledge is plus include F1, HR modules.

Experience:

8+ years of experience in an Oracle environment with knowledge of triggers, 
views, packages, stored procedures, functions, constraints, cursors, indexes, table partition
5+ years of experience with an ETL tool such as ODI & Informatica
5+ years of Experience in Query Tuning and Performance Optimization.
5 Years of experience and general understanding of Data modeling, 
Entity Relationship, Use Case etc.Experience in basic Unix commands and shell scripting.
4 Years of experience in PL/SQL development.
