Top Skills:
1. LifeRay (must be recent experience and ideally 4 years)
2. Costume Portlets- (12 months- they have had to customized the out of the box portlets for the member portal. Most of the portlets are customized, especially for the Member Portal, ACA projects will be down the same path and need to be customized).
3. Experience working with JSR 168 and JSR 286 (at least worked on one project with JSR)-The biggest thing is from 286 which is the interportlet communication piece. IT is the mechanism to communicate within multiple portlets.
