Role :: Technical Project Manager III
Location: Moorestown, NJ

Duration: 12 months

Requires the ability to perform in a quick paced environment. Be able to changes direction quickly. Understand the services over IP technology. Needs to be a leader and be able to drive issues to mitigation. See additional requirements in Non SOW section attached.
Additional Job Requirements:
• Lead architecture, design and development of Residential voice testing
• Key areas of technical expertise include VOIP, SIP, IMS
• Create documents for technical requirements and service specifications.
• Presents architecture, design, and technical information to internal audiences.
• Interfaces with Product Development, Business Unit, and Operations to review new product, service requests, and applications in order to translate product/business requirements to technical requirements, use cases, scenario models, and implementation designs.
• Good hands-on experience in Excel, Visio, Power Point, Project and other project tracking tools.
• Demonstrates technical leadership and mentoring of others on the application of new technologies and system development methodologies.
• Ensure the delivery of the end to end solution supporting new products and features on time, within budget, and with high quality
• Builds relationships with QA, Ops, and Development organizations to ensure smooth and successful delivery of solutions to production
• Proven experience in requirements gathering techniques, requirements analysis, architecture, technology leadership, network/infrastructure/call flow analysis, and detailed design and solution implementation.
• Identifies trends, services, and/or capabilities that may be beneficial to various product offerings.
• Participates proactively in the testing and certification process.
• Establishes and maintains productive relationships with peer organizations and also equipment and software vendors.
• Proven ability to successfully handle multiple projects at one time and drive successfully with little supervision.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Good Project Management skills.

Technical Skills VoIP (voice over IP) Yes 4 - 6 Years
Select a candidate with extensive Service over IP knowledge and experience. The resource will need to technically project manage many cross department activities, identify risks and provide crisp status. Needs to be very dynamic and be able to change direction as need with the ability to drive efforts to closure under tight time constraints.
