Looking for Jr. QA Automation Tester (QTP, Agile) at MN (Local Candidates Only) - 6+ Months - Please share resumes to lucky@itstrategiesinc.com

Test Automation (Must Have) 

• Five (5) to Seven (7) years of Software Testing experience. 
• 5 years of experience in QA Automation using HP Quick Test Pro (QTP) 
• Familiar with automation frameworks and building test scripts from scratch. 
• Extensive background in QA methodologies and experience developing and executing comprehensive test suites for system software 
• Knowledgeable of software development cycle (design, code, source control, quality assurance, test and deployment). 
• Experience with relational database products such as MS SQL Server. 
• Excellent oral and written communications skills 
• Experience in Agile methodology. 
• Experience in SOAPUI testing. 

Manual Testing (Highly desired) 
• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, hands-on testing of custom developed applications and/or packaged software implementations. 
• Ability to interact with business stakeholders and work to meet their testing objectives. 
• Expertise with Defect Management Tools preferably HPQC or HPALM. 
• Good understanding of the end-to-end test cycle and test methodologies (black box, API, unit, integration etc.) 
• Basic SQL coding skills (can do multi-join queries) 
• Strong core expertise in QTP Scripting 
• Strong core expertise in ensuring traceability and completeness of test cases to original requirements and use cases 
• Strong core experience in various phases of end-to-end quality assurance including functional testing, usability testing, regression testing, and automation testing 
• Experience in understanding architectural diagrams, use cases and business requirements and how to transform them into reusable test cases
