urgent REQ: Dell/Quest IDM Operational Consultant -- Tulsa, OK

Need :  Dell/Quest IDM Operational Consultant

Location Tulsa, OK

Duration 6+ Months, 

 

Position/ Responsibilities : Dell/Quest IDM Operational, Enhancement & Break-fix support

 

Required Experience  

v  Candidate must have hands-on support/administration experience in Dell/Quest IDM (Mandatory)

v  Strong .NET, VBScript and SQL writing and reading skills, Object Oriented Programing. (Mandatory)

v  Hands-on project experience mapping business requirements to business logic, designing and implementing custom identity workflows, resource provisioning, and role based access controls

v  Troubleshoot and fix issues with IDM infrastructure

v  Escalation to product vendor and coordination as necessary

v  OOB/Custom Connector development

v  Administrative configuration changes (Provisioning, Logging, Reporting, Configuration changes etc.)

v  Respond to and resolve support issues based on agreed SLA

v  Provide recommendations for value-adds

 

Responsibilities may include:

 

v  Design, code and test Dell quest one identity management solutions

v  Contribute to ongoing development, enhancement, integrations and system roadmaps

v  Determine feasibility of future integrations within the identity management system

v  Automate & integrate new systems and applications into identity management system

v  Manage account provisioning and de-provisioning within identity management system

v  Provide daily operational production support

v  Apply vendor supplied patches and upgrades

v  Trouble shoot, problem solve and resolve any potential issues in Dev, QA and production environment

v  configure the IDM platform to enable the GUI & Shopping chart to meet customer requirements.

 

Qualification

v  Bachelor's Degree in MIS or Computer Sciences or other IT related field or equivalent work experience

v  3+ years of experience with VB Scripting

v  3+ years of experience with SQL

v  2+ years of experience with Dell/Quest Identity Manager

v  Good working knowledge of Active Directory (AD)

 

Preferred

v  Good working knowledge of Dell/Quest Quick Connect for Active Directory

v  2+ years' experience with Dell/Quest Password Manager

v  Good working knowledge of Dell/Quest MCU

v  Active Directory or working with directory services

v  Experience with Mono, WMI, identity / access management

v  Experience with Enterprise Provisioning, Roles bases Access Controls, GRC practices automation, Single-Sign On and systems integration, Compliance based Attestation and Recertification
