We are looking for LINUX Engineer with Cassandra for one of our client at Richfield, MN. Please let me know your interest.

 

LINUX Engineer with Cassandra

Location: Richfield, MN

Duration: 12 month long contract (maybe longer)

 

Local candidate preferred.

 

***We are looking for a talented Linux Engineer that will engineer and deliver Cassandra platforms.  This is a very critical role and will help the client continue to advance IT that leverages NoSQL platforms. ***

 

Required Skills:

·         10 plus years' experience Linux engineering experience (preferably RHEL 5.X and later)

·         3 years Linux virtualization experience (preferably KVM and RHEV)

·         Experience with large scale distributed systems

·         1 -2 years hands on experience working with at least one major NoSQL data platform (preferably Cassandra)

·         Hands on experience with infrastructure automation and at least one scripting language (preferably Puppet)

·         Able to use a wide variety of open source technologies and tools
