Position: SAP BODS Developer

Location: San Francisco, CA

Duration: 3 Months (could go longer)

Interview: Phone then Skype

 

Job Description
The candidate would be working in SAP Data Services(DS) & Information Steward(IS) projects. Expected to work independently or with teams on design of complex ETL flows and Data Quality jobs. 

Will be required to work in data warehousing, migration & integration scenarios in SAP as well as non-SAP environments. 

Key Responsibilities: 
· Profiling various information systems, capture source/target mappings and transformations based on project requirements 
· Designing complex SAP Data Services job flows to extract from/load to non-SAP systems such as Oracle and MS SQL Server 
· Experience with DI transforms such as Query, Validation, Case transforms as well as DQ transforms such as Match, Associate, Data Cleanse & Address Cleanse 
· Tuning jobs for high volume and complex transformation scenarios 
· Configuring DS components including job server and repositories 
· Setting up DS data stores to connect to variety of data sources such as Oracle and MS SQL Server
· Automation of DS/IS jobs using in-built and third party schedulers
