Business Analyst with 10+ Years of Exp

Sacramento, CA

12+ Months Contract

Mandatory:

o Assessment of analysis scope and tasks
o Planning business analysis tasks
o Elicitation, definitions and documentation of various business, user, and system requirements
o Reuse and tracing requirements
o Perform analysis for business process improvement, application design and workflow automation
o Modeling and documenting functional designs
o Leading and working within cross-functional teams that include business subject matter experts, architects,
developers, and testers

o Business requirements and business rules
o Functional requirements and/or functional specifications
o Stakeholder requirements
o Transition plans and/or implementation requirements
o Traceability matrices

Desirable Technical Qualifications
It is highly desirable for the proposed project person to have the following listed experience, knowledge, skills and abilities:
· Extensive experience with:
o System Development Life Cycle
o Requirements management using a requirements management tool
o Requirements management industry best practice
o Developing process workflows
o Training all user levels
· Exceptional customer service and expectations management skills
· Experience facilitating joint application design (JAD) and/or collaborative design sessions
· Strong technical writing skills
· Proficient with established SDLC methodologies
· Strong peer-to-peer coaching skills
