Job: Drupal Developer.
Location: Providence, Rhode Island
Duration: 6+ Months contract
Job Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of in-depth experience with high performing Drupal sites
Knowledge of Drupal's key APIs
Well-rounded knowledge of Drupal-adjunct technologies such at the LAMP platform, HTML5, CSS3, SASS, jQuery/JavaScript
Experience integrating with external web services (SOAP, REST, XML)
Experience integrating with 3rd party tools such as maps, charts and social media.
Solid understanding of web server scalability and optimization techniques
Knowledge of MySQL architecture and administration
Experience with version control systems, git preferred
Experience with advanced Drupal tools such as Features, CTools and Panels.
Experience ensuring cross-browser, cross-device and cross-device compatibility
Strong grasp of OOP concepts
Experience analyzing and defining requirements, and translating them into technical specifications and architecture
Desire to mentor and lead other developers, and to share knowledge with the broader team
Experience with and appreciation for working on cross-disciplinary teams with Designers and other Front- and Back-end Engineers
Desirable:
B.S/M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent
