Job Description:
Sales Force Senior/Master Business Process Analyst
This position is responsible for analyzing business problems, interacting directly with internal customers, capturing and documenting business requirements, maintaining use cases/business process flows, developing and executing system test cases, and providing application training to internal customers as necessary. 
The successful candidate will facilitate meetings to discuss business and technical requirements with both technical and non-technical parties.  This role will be the responsible owner of tasks which require tracking through all stages of the project life-cycle from assignment to implementation. The successful candidate must have:
BS/BA Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering, or similar work experience.  Minimum 6 years experience as a business analyst, eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and translating business requirements into use cases and/or functional system specifications.
Demonstrates a desire to create standardized documentation for consistency and re-usability in all aspects of a project. Experience following a structured project life-cycle methodology.  Proven ability to follow a change control process.
Has the ability to independently drive issue resolution, develop business knowledge and relationships, and apply technical alternatives while operating in a rapidly changing environment.
Excellent task coordination, time management, and prioritization skills.  Exhibits problem solving and negotiation skills.  Proven skills as a self-starter.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stake-holders.  Demonstrates an ability to learn and acquire new technologies as needed.
 
Responsibilities
Adhere to the organization's software development lifecycle methodology.
Collaborate with business representatives to clearly define and document business requirements that impact Customer Solution Applications.
Review business requirements with development, infrastructure, and testing teams to confirm understanding of business needs.
Provide hour estimates to complete tasks in advance of starting tasks.
Perform unit testing and participate in integration testing.
Prepare release instructions to ensure smooth release to all environments including production.
Verify successful implementation of deliverables into testing and production environments and troubleshoot issues when applicable.
Mentor other team members.
 
Desired skills/experience/attributes (ideal candidate)
Recognizes the value of understanding the big-picture and willingly stretches their knowledge beyond the limits of just their project.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities yet stay focused on delivering top priorities.
5-10 years experience successfully implementing solutions on the SalesForce Suite of cloud solutions leveraging out of the box administrative, security and deployment capabilities.  SalesForce administrator certification is desirable.
Detailed experience in rolling out custom or managed applications on SalesForce.
Order-to-cash functional experience is a plus (e.g. understanding and work with sales quotes, sales orders, pricing, deliveries, and inventory management).
Understands the   business and the drivers of change in our environment in order to respond accordingly.
