1 Must have 5 years senior level experience: in writing and debugging code in C# using .NET framework; with .NET (including version 4.0/4.5), ASP.NET, MVC 5, EF6 and LINQ; with Restful Web API including Web API Security Architecture, OAuth2 and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) concepts; with JSON data structures, HTML5, jQuery and AJAX; with developing project documentation such as project plans, project schedules, business process flow diagrams, technical specifications documents, test plans, conversion plans, and training materials and with PowerShell scripting; configuring mid-size server farm; installing and configuring IIS 7/7.5; with Visual Studio 2012/2013, SQL Server 2012, TFS, SVN; all aspects of database design and development, data analysis, Transact-SQL, store procedures, Views, User Defined Functions, ETL, SSIS development, reporting services and business intelligence development; troubleshooting and resolving database problems including working with 3rd party support towards resolving issues and; network F5 switch configurations and load balancing.
2 Contractor Personnel must possess at least 3 years of senior level experience with OAuth Authentication version 2.0 Protocols.
3 Contractor Personnel must possess at least 2 years of senior level experience installing and configuring SharePoint 2013 Enterprise Server.
5 Identify the success of the project(s) and longevity of assigned individuals on two (2) projects within the past five (5) years.
