JOB REQUIREMENTS:
2 – 6 years of voice project / support experience
Project experience – coordination and follow-thru on projects
Troubleshooting – Voice experience to support issues
Knowledge of the following:
Cisco Voice: Call Manager Version 10.x, Cisco Unity 10.x, recording systems, Etrali turret phone systems
Experience with standard voice protocols; H323, MGCP, SIP, SCCP
CISCO voice hardware (routers, gateways,
Server (physical / virtual) architecture and database knowledge
Cisco TAC processes
IP Networking Basics
