Top Three Skills:
1/ Experience with Chef/Puppet they need to be able to develop with it and use it for automation. (Chef is preferred as they are moving to Chef).
2. Prior hands-on experience building new VMs and/or building automated tools for maintaining local Vagrant VM's.
3. Must be able to effectively deploy configuration changes to Akamai and/or Varnish (a large portion of this role will be maintenance/automation of their Drupal environment).
