Role: Unix Systems Administrator
Hiring for multiple locations: NJ, NY, PA, TX, GA, MI, IL, NC
Job type: Contract
Need GC / US Citizens
Responsibilities:
Participates in design, deployment, and management of Unix systems into data center environments
Maintains scalable and robust enterprise application server environments
Help manage machines and write automation scripts to make pushes easier and faster
Respond to server break/fix situations while keeping in mind hardware/operating system configuration
Automate management of systems and network, including our software deployment process
Required Skills:
Understanding of different OS such as Linux (Ubuntu), Unix, Windows and Mac
Familiar with general enterprise IT Operations
Understanding of enterprise networking technologies: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching
