Position: Sr. Pega Business Analyst

Location: NYC

Duration: 6 Months

• Execute high quality deliverables across all phases (inception through user acceptance testing). To include: identifying and optimally defining process flows and user interface use cases.
• Ability to lead and manage Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO)/requirement gathering session, meetings and presentations.
• Ability to consult on test strategy, development of test plans and test cases.
• Strong aptitude to acquire an understanding of the PegaRules Process Commander (PRPC V7.X) methodology and the main features; frameworks and limitations. Leverage industry frameworks knowledge to consult and influence the client's direction.
• Demonstrate good understanding of the project methodology (various industry standard methodologies such as: SDLC, RUP, Agile, SCRUM) and capability to communicate and adapt its policies and procedures accordingly to clients, teammates and partners.
• Good understanding of project scope change process control and ability to lead success change control plan.
• Effectively manage individual workload and proactively communicate status updates to the Engagement Lead for the project.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.

 

Experience and Skills:

• 5+ years of business experience with 6+ years performing leading functional design activities
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with BPM (PEGA preferred) analysis, requirement gathering, design and development of enterprise application systems.
• BA/ BS Degree required. Masters degree preferred.
• Object Oriented (OO) experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of industry domain experience (worked in the industry as a business user).
• PRPC V7.X Certification (within 3 months of joining PEGA).
