Top Three Skills:
1) Very strong Linux experience (RedHat 6.x/CentOS 5.x & 6.x)- The client receives about 20 billion requests per day so they need to be able to use Linux is a large enterprise environment (this will be the largest API platform in the world)
2) Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)- (or other cloud providers) they need to be able to design and build infrastructure components in Amazon (or other cloud providers)
3) Experience with Chef- they need to be able to develop with it and use it for automation
