1) Managing Dell Servers (2900 series or higher) and Dell Blade enclosures.

2) Installation, troubleshooting, support, patching and restoration of:

(1) Windows Server 2000

 (2) Windows Server 2003

 (3) Windows Server 2008

 (4) Windows Server 2008 R2

 (5) Windows Server 2012

 (6) Windows Server 2012 R2

 3) Configuration and Management of ADFS, DNS, WINS, Group Policy, DHCP, 

FSMO Roles, Sites and Services, Users and Computers, PowerShell in Microsoft Active 2008 R2 or higher

 4) Configuration and Management of Microsoft Exchange 2010 Geographic Cluster with DAG including Exchange PowerShell experience

 5) Configuration and Management of Microsoft Lync 2013 (Front-End / Edge / Reverse Proxy, Lync PowerShell)

 6) Configuration and Management of SharePoint 2010 or Higher including SharePoint PowerShell

 7) Microsoft Clustering in Windows Server 2008 R2, 2012 and 2012 R2

 8) Microsoft DFSR

 

b. Preferred Skills

 

1) Supporting a Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 or higher environment.

 2) FTP, SFTP, and FTPS fundamentals

 3) Enterprise Vault

 4) VMWARE vSphere

 5) VMWARE ESXi 5.1 or higher

 6) Cisco ACE Load Balancer

 7) Microsoft IIS

 8) McAfee Suites

 (1) ePO

 (2) VirusScan

 (3) MWG

 (4) Encryption

 9) Disaster Recovery

 10) SCCM 2012

 11) Installation, troubleshooting and support of custom applications

 12) Solarwinds

 13) Enterprise Content Management (ECM) including Document Imaging preferably using IBM FileNet P8 ECM System

 14) General Network Troubleshooting

 15) General SAN understanding (RAID, Volumes, LUNs, Fiber)

 16) Experience with migration to Office 365.
