Location :Arlington VA (F2F is Must)

Duration : 6+ Months 
 
Description:

·         Experience Web Applications Front-end Developer. 

·         The candidate will have experience developing large, modern, scalable web applications using client-side JavaScript frameworks, and server-side JavaScript solutions.

·         The candidate will be experience at integrating large enterprise systems with modern JavaScript frameworks.

 
Required Skills:

·         Minimum of 6 years of industry experience

·         Proficiency with front-end web technologies (HTML5, CSS, DOM, jQuery, JavaScript)

·         Minimum of 3 year of hands on experience with Ember.JS or Angular

·         Language proficiency in JavaScript using Object-Oriented and Functional design

·         Experience with consuming web REST APIs

·         Experience at architecting and deploying large scale web applications

·         Excellent communication and collaboration skills

 
Preferred Skills:

·         Bachelor's degree in computer science or related work experience

·         Experienced with engineering MVC client side JavaScript frameworks such as Ember

·         A feel for what makes a good user experience.

·         Excellent debugging skills

·         Familiarity with one or more source control systems (Subversion, Git, etc.)

·         Experience working in a SCRUM environment and familiar with Agile

·         A desire and ability to use technology to drive creativity.

·         Understanding of server side languages (i.e., J2EE, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, Spring)

·         Familiar with using JIRA for tracking tasks and user stories a plus

·         Responsive Website development a plus

·         Use of Bootstrap CSS framework a plus

·         TDD experience a plus

·         Experience implementing event-based tracking on websites using an analytics service such as Webtrends
