Job Title:    IBM BPM Architecture Consultant

Location:    Bentonville, AR 

Duration:   6-12 months Contract

Required background:

Enterprise JAVA development background with a strong understanding of IBM WebSphere (Application Server, Message Broker/Queue, Portal, ESB, and Process Server) Technology.

At least 5 years of experience in software development life cycle.

At least 3 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.

At least 2-3 years of experience in Design and architecture review.

Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

Experience to Financial/Banking domain

High Analytical skills

Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High customer orientation

A high degree of initiative and flexibility
