MUST HAVE ALL FOR SUBMISSION:

·         3 or more years of PL/SQL Web Programming

·         3 or more years of PL/SQL ETL Programming

·         5 or more years of Oracle Database Administration (must be 11g or 12c – preferably both)

·         3 or more years of Public budgeting or finance software development experience or comparable experience

·         5 or more years of data modeling, including both relational and analytical (warehouse) modeling, schema design and development, import/export views

·         5 or more years of analytical capabilities and troubleshooting in large, complex data sets

·         5 or more years of development and support of complex queries, including performance metrics and query optimization
