Responsibilities:
-Responsible for interacting with customers and Application user and prepare technical document for data transformation and route it offshore team for development.
-Create change control and coordinate with Release manager in promoting to different environments (like QA and PROD).
-Support customers during testing phase and ensure the UAT is performed without any issues.
-Work with support team in implementing objects to different environments and review the post deployment activities.
